All of these issues occurred while trying to apply all of the Windows updates remotely.
ive started using live mesh to remote into my media center pc, when i first installed live mesh it said that the machine was online but couldnt connect, then after hours off research i gave up to find that it fixed itself over. The background is that the remote system (HP laptop) had a hard drive failure and had to do a complete recovery. Ok i really dont get what is going on with this remote desktop. When performing administrative tasks, such as uninstalling a program, or changing Windows features, remote access hangs and whatever the task is must be completed on the remote system. While installing Windows Updates on remote, got the message that pin was invalid in the middle of the session where pin had already been successfully entered.ĥ. Over the past few days I have noticed that more and more computers are listed as offline when they should. Remote must be signed on locally before Cloudberry Remote access is possible.Ĥ. I have been using Remote Control for a few weeks now. Selected 99 days for pin change on remote. Open Programs and Features, find Google Chrome, and then click Uninstall. Still requires pin on every access and pin changes after every reboot.Ģ. If Chrome Remote Desktop still goes offline, you can reinstall Chrome browser. Encrypted and unattended access both selected on the remote, encryption key entered on local system. Im logged into my computer, teamviewer is loaded and sees other active computers, but my computer shows up as offline.

Connection to Windows 8.1 laptop is acting very strangely.ġ. Logged in but Device not showing up in computers and contacts - always offline.
